Mixnote
Terms of Use
Last updated September 27, 2026
Agreement
By downloading or using Mixnote, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which governs your licence to use the app. Mixnote is provided by EBY Apps. Where these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Mixnote Pro subscriptions
- Mixnote is free to download. Mixnote Pro removes the free limits and is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
Everything you enter in Mixnote is yours. It is stored on your device, not on our servers, so we cannot recover it if your device is lost or the app is deleted — please keep your own backups, and use Export for a full copy at any time. If Pro ends, everything you have saved stays readable, editable and exportable; only creating beyond the free limits requires Pro.
Third-party services and names
Optional Apple Music suggestions are provided by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Track titles, artist names and artwork shown in the app belong to their respective owners. Mixnote is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or by any DJ hardware or software maker.
Disclaimer
Mixnote is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the app and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Mixnote after a change means you accept the updated terms.
